- Diabetes can lead to over 100 amputations a week so please book in for your annual check. Everyone with Diabetes should have an annual foot check.
- We will check your feet thoroughly and tell you the level of risk of foot problems, You will also need to bring your most up to date list of medications.
- Your assessment may also be emailed to you and a copy to your GP for their records
